Nothing much...

These past few days I devoted my free time in baking some breads,I made some ensaimada but it didn't come out right,it was hard as rock coz I didn't wait the right time so it will rise by itself.I was disappointed and mad caused I followed all the procedure but I guess this is the beauty of baking,you really mess up and start all over again. So I tried again and made some Pan de Leche and bread with yams,I waited for an hour then form it into a ball and again waited for it to double it sized.After waiting like 3 hours nothing happen,the size were the same.Aunt told me to cover it and hide it in a dark and warm place,so I did and after an hour of keeping it in a dark place it did rise up,the size doubled up and I was very pleased. I ate it with coffee this morning and I will try to make some later when I mastered using the new mixer of aunt,it is big and hard to use but I will get use to it soon.Aunt asked me if I wanted to take a baking lesson or cullinary classes in Sullivan University but I am not sure if I wanted to go back to school with this kind of hardship we have,in terms of money matter we are tight and I don't wanna take a student loan for i will be in debt for how many years. As of now,I am just happy learning by myself,as long as it is edible and I am having fun making it,that is the most important thing as of the moment.
