Hello Jacsy, here is the recipe yadz....if you have a pastry bag the better but if wala don't bother just shape it according to ur likeness=).
1 cup water
1/4 cup butter
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
vegetable oil for deep frying
For Toppings:
1 cup sugar
ground cinnamon
*in a medium saucepan combine water & butter and 1Tablespoon of sugar and the salt.
*Bring to boil over medium heat.As the mixture comes to boil, add all flour at once& cook.Stirring until the batter comes together and away from the saucepan.
*Remove from heat, let cool for 3 minutes.Add the eggs and beat with electric mixer until the dough well blended, the dough will be thick.
*Pour enough oil in a deep fryer or wok(about 3 inches)and heat oil to 350 degrees.
*Spoon dough into a pastry bag or just form it anything you wanted to,fry for about 4 minutes or until both sides are golden brown.
*Remove from oil and drain on paper towel, then roll in a cinnamon and sugar topping.Enjoy....
