Banana.......Read and be Amaze..

After Reading THIS, you'll NEVER look at a banana in the same way again! Bananas, containing three natural sugars -- sucrose, fructose and glucose, combined with fiber, give an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy. Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world's leading athletes. But energy isn't the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.. Depression: According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the b ody converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier. PMS: Forget the pills -- eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood. Anemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia. Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it the perfect way to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke. Brain Power: 200 students at a Twickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert. Constipation: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives. Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system. Heartburn: Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief. Morning Sickness: Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness. Mosquito bites: Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation. Nerves: Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system. Overweight and at work? Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and chips. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady. Ulcers: The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach. Temperature control: Many other cultures see bananas as a "cooling" fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand, for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan. Smoking: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal. Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack. Strokes: According to research in "The New England Journal of Medicine," eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%! So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrates, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around. So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, "A banana a day keeps the doctor away!"

Life is really great with a friend Like You

I have been in here in USA for 7 years and I have celebrated and will celebrate my 7th thanksgiving day too but would you believe if I will tell you that this is my very first time that someone really sent me a Thankgiving Card?I know,it sounds weird and maybe for you,you will say what is the big deal about it? I just feel happy that someone remembered me and wished me well, the funny thing is I haven't meet or see this person and yet she really took time to reached out and letting me know that she cared and that she is my friend.Am I lucky or what?Or maybe I just over reacted with her kindness towards me.Now I know why she is loved with our other online friends because of her thoughtfulness and kindness,to me she captured my attention through her scrutiny and being such a biatch =). Hazel i owe you a lot now, someday we will meet for sure,if not here in the foreign land, hopefully in our homeland. Why we haven't met before?Tell why?well,it doesn't really matter right?we are friends now and I am happy with that.Love yah and thank you so much! Sorry if I haven't send you anything, you know I am not that good when it comes to this but it doesn't mean that I don't think about you and I do wish all the happiness that you deserve and you know that.

Be Thankful for All the Blessings

In this busy world and with the very lifestyle we have,we tend to forget all the good things that happen in our lives,I guess this the best time for us and look back about good things that we received this past months. We all know that Thanksgiving Day is around the corner,it is not just about the turkey and pumpkin pie but thanking the Lord for all the blessings that He gave us. I would like to say thank you to Hazel for tagging me.This one serves as reminder for me that God has been so good to me through the years.I pray to the Lord to continue to give His blessings to us. Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire, If you did, what would there be to look forward to? Be thankful when you don't know something. For it gives you the opportunity to learn. Be thankful for the difficult times. During those times you grow. Be thankful for your limitations. Because they give you opportunities for improvement. Be thankful for each new challenge. Because it will build your strength and character. Be thankful for your mistakes. They will teach you valuable lessons. Be thankful when you're tired and weary. Because it means you've made a difference. GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive. Find a way to be thankful for your troubles and they can become your blessings. I want to share this to all my friends here.Feel free to grab it if you have time.Anyway,we can say thank you to Him anytime.

No Excuses

(my heaviest weight) (my lastest picture with ponytailed hair) I have been an avid fan of exercise since I have my first Dvd work-out,I got it as a gift from a friend.I practised and mastered it by heart. As the days turns into weeks and weeks turns into months,I got bored with it.I didn't really stop but I exercise not that often anymore. Then last summer I stopped, since we had our above the ground pool,I swam almost everday but I got so dark-skinned and got scared that I might have a skin cancer at the end. After all the vacations we had,I gained some lbs and my favorite jeans won't fit me anymore.I sort out all my stuff and sale what won't fit me anymore.I decided to buy a bigger size and be contented with my body.Last September I was awaken by this sight,I took a shower and saw my protuding belly and I made a vow to do something about it.I started running in the treadmill again, eat by portion control and sometimes starve myself,I know what I was doin was wrong. One day my friend told me to eat breakfast regularly and I did,the result was amazing,I am not that hungry during lunch time and I am not craving as I used too. I know I will never be size 0 but all I want is feel good,I started doing the right stuff last October and so far I loose some lbs.I can wear my favorite jeans again and I am back to size S but I prefer M to be more comfortable.I got a DVD work-out again, and they are really different from the one I have.I love to dance so the HipHop Abs helps me alot not to be bored with it.The kickboxing gives me hardtime cause it composes of different levels and it is challenging. From now on,there is no excuses why I won't be fit even I am just inside the house.Eating right and regular exercise,I bet I will have more energy to chase my dogs.I will be happy to be in size 4,besides I will not be skin and bone cause I got some curves that I love.I just wanna feel good and not to feel awkward when summertime is here again. Note:the photos above with same shirt is the before and after.

The Ants and the Contact Lens..a true st0ry

A true story, Brenda Foltz was almost halfway to the top of the tremendous granite cliff. She was standing on a ledge where she was taking a breather during this, her first rock climb. As she rested there, the safety rope snapped against her eye and knocked out her contact lens. "Great", she thought. "Here I am on a rock ledge, hundreds of feet from the bottom and hundreds of feet to the top of this cliff, and now my sight is blurry." She looked and looked, hoping that somehow it had landed on the ledge. But it just wasn't there. She felt the panic rising in her, so she began praying. She prayed for calm, and she prayed that she may find her contact lens. When she got to the top, a friend examined her eye and her clothing for the lens, but it was not to be found. Although she was calm now that she was at the top, she was saddened because she could not clearly see across the range of mountains. She thought of the bible verse "The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth." She thought, "Lord, You can see all these mountains. You know every stone and leaf, and You know exactly where my contact lens is. Please help me." Later, when they had hiked down the trail to the bottom of the cliff they met another party of climbers just starting up the face of the cliff. One of them shouted out, "Hey, you guys! Anybody lose a contact lens?" Well, that would be startling enough, but you know why the climber saw it? An ant was moving slowly across a twig on the face of the rock, carrying it! The story doesn't end there. Brenda's father is a cartoonist. When she told him the incredible story of the ant, the prayer, and the contact lens, he drew a cartoon of an ant lugging that contact lens with the caption, "Lord, I don't know why You want me to carry this thing. I can't eat it, and it's awfully heavy. But if this is what You want me to do, I'll carry it for You." I think it would do all of us some good to say, "God, I don't know why You want me to carry this load. I can see no good in it and it's awfully heavy. But, if You want me to carry it, I will." God doesn't call the qualified, He qualifies the called.

Silver Lining

Ahh,what a day I had today and yesterday. My aunt just had her operation and I am the one taking care of her but no big deal it is an easy job to do.The weather is not cooperating,it is too cold for this past few days which I do hate but no matter how much I whine about it,it makes no difference so I better shut my mouth up and deal with it. Also it is a sad day for me cause two of my online friends just had an argument,I hoped and wished that they will resolve their differences in due time.I just hope though but if they will stop being a friend at least they will talk and leave each other in peace. But aside from those dramas in life,a long time friend of mine, sent me a birthday card with a funny message on it and it made me smile and I know that in this crazy world,I have someone I can call a very best friend of mine. She is my highschool buddy,we been through alot together and we fought and made up.I guess that is what made us realized that we are friends for life no matter how far we are from each other. She is in New Zealand right now but everytime we chat,it seems that she is just there infront of me.Funny but true.I miss you dear.Hope to see you soon. Her msg said:"Wag kang mag-alala kung patanda ka na,at least you can always say.... I'm older but I Am Richer!Eto pa,you can always use this line kahit gasgas na....I AM AGING SEXILLY AND GRACEFULLY!!!(Linyang pang gurang nuh?:))at wag sabihin ang totoong edad!!(E,di NANLOKO ka pa,ok lang yan kaarawan mo naman kaya safe ka.) MALIGAYANG KAARAWAN MAhal kong KAIBIGAn(sip-sip nuh?!)

A song that fits me well?

I been listening this song for a while now and my friend told me that this song really fits me,I agree with her in silence. Here is the Lyrics, this is sang by The Corrs. I’ve often wondered if loves an illusion, Just to get you through, the loneliest days, I can’t criticize it, I had no expectation, My imagination just stole me away Still I believe (I’m missing) I’m missing something real. I need someone who really sees me (Don’t wanna wake) Don’t wanna wake up alone anymore, Still believing you’ll walk through my door, All I need is to know it’s for sure, That I’ll give All the love in the world. Loev’s for a lifetime, Not for a moment, So how could I throw it away? Yea, but I’m only human, And nights were colder, With no one to love me that way. Yeaa.. I need someone who really sees me (Don’t wanna wake) And I won’t wake up alone anymore, Still believing you’ll walk through my door, You’ll reach for me and I’ll know it’s for sure, That I’ll give All the love in the world. (Don’t wanna wake up alone anymore) Alone (Don’t wanna wake up alone) Don’t wanna be alone (Don’t wanna wake up alone) you’ll reach for me (Don’t wanna wake up alone) don’t wanna wake up alone (Don’t wanna wake up alone) still believing you’re someone… (Don’t wanna wake up alone)

Saying Goodbye is really hard to Do =D

No!!I am not saying goodbye to you and to anybody,I am saying goodbye to something that I really love who has been with me for almost 7 yrs.It has been with me in everything I been through in my life, when I feel happy, down, sad,if I feel fat or an imaginary feeling of being sexy,it always has been there for me.When I am goin out with a friend and I can't find a perfect pair of whatever outfit I am wearing,it has always been my saviour. But now,it is time for me to let it go,I dont't want to but I feel sorry for it has been overused over the years.I am not sure if I can still find something like that, for me it had been the best.Yes,the best!and I am talking about my favorite jeans in my entire life. As I am looking at it,it is like an old man,faded,worn-out,not functioning at all.So I decided to keep it in one of my boxes where it can rest forever.I love you my Levis Jeans....thanks for those wonderful times where you made me feel good, sassy and confident because of you.You will be missed and hopefully Ican find something like you.

Friendship knows no Limit

Last Sunday,as we gathered all in the living room and watched a movie,I had the pleasure of watching my two other dogs,Buddy and Tito.Buddy is a golden retriever which both parents were a hunting dogs and Buddy himself act sometimes that way, especially when he will see some animals in the backyard,he will not stop chasing them until he will get it and he will only let it go if it is lifeless.Just last July of this year, they(Champ my other golden)killed the dog of our neighbor who did his thing in our front yard,I witnessed it all as I myself was bitten by the puppy cause I was trying to save him but my effort wasn't enough. He died. In last 2 years the big dogs always stays in our basement for safety reason, they don't like strangers that much and they get wild.It was just like last year we decided to put Buddy up because Champ was sick and he stayed in vet hospital for 2 weeks and another 2 weeks in our local vet. What really amazes me the bonding that Tito and Buddy made, the small dog is such a playful one and Buddy who is 10 yrs old is old enough to play but he gave in and play until he runs out of breath. Now,they are best of friends,if Tito is lying down,Buddy will licked him and sometimes Tito hide in buddy's belly.I am scared sometimes that Buddy might forget and his killer instinct will attack, for sure Tito will be crushed to death.Everytime he grabbed Tito on the neck it gives a jitter but thank God,he never really did anything to hurt Tito.I came to realization that maybe Buddy knows that Tito is his family,a playmate and bestfriend inspite and despite of their differences.Indeed friendship knows no limit.

........And that's how the fight starTED..=)

When I got home last night, my wife demanded that I take her someplace expensive.....so, I took her to a gas station..... and that's how the fight started.... ******************************************************* ** I tried to talk my wife into buying a case of Miller Light for $14.95. Instead, she bought a jar of cold cream for $7.95. I told her the beer would make her look better at night than the cold cream. And that's how the fight started. ******************************************************* ************** After retiring, I went to the Social Security office to apply for Social Security. The woman behind the counter asked me for my driver's license to verify my age. I looked in my pockets and realized I had left my wallet at home. I told the woman that I was very sorry, but I would have to go home and come back later. The woman said, 'Unbutton your shirt'. So I opened my shirt revealing my curly silver hair. She said, 'That silver hair on your chest is proof enough for me' and she processed my Social Security application. When I got home, I excitedly told my wife about my experience at the Social Security office. She said, 'You should have dropped your pants. You might have gotten disability, too'. And that's how the fight started..... ******************************************************* ************** My wife and I were sitting at a table at my high school reunion, and I kept staring at a drunken lady swigging her drink as she sat alone at a nearby table. My wife asked, 'Do you know her?' 'Yes,' I sighed, 'She's my old girlfriend. I understand she took to drinking right after we split up those many years ago, and I hear she hasn't been sober since.' 'My God!' says my wife, 'Who would think a person could go on celebrating that long?' And that's how the fight started..... ******************************************************* ************** I rear-ended a car this morning. So, there we were alongside the road and slowly the other driver got out of his car. You know how sometimes you just get soooo stressed and little things just seem funny? Yeah, well I couldn't believe it.... he was a DWARF!!! He stormed over to my car, looked up at me, and shouted, 'I AM NOT HAPPY!!!' So, I looked down at him and said, 'Well, then which one are you?' And that's how the fight started..... ******************************************************* ************** I took my wife to a restaurant. The waiter, for some reason, took my order first. 'I'll have the strip steak, medium rare, please.' He said, 'Aren't you worried about the mad cow?' 'Nah, she can order for herself.' And that's how the fight started.....

25 Fascinating Love Facts

Love is mysterious, fascinating, and when you find it with the right person, there's nothing better. Here are 25 surprising love facts to puzzle over and embrace. Love is a many-splendored thing … and a very surprising thing, too. As if you needed proof of that, here are 25 funny little facts about love. Study them, scratch your head over them, and share them with someone you fancy. 1. Men who kiss their wives in the morning live five years longer than those who don't. 2. People are more likely to tilt their heads to the right when kissing instead of the left (65 percent of people go to the right!) 3. When it comes to doing the deed early in the relationship, 78 percent of women would decline an intimate rendezvous if they had not shaved their legs or underarms. 4. Feminist women are more likely than other females to be in a romantic relationship. 5. Two-thirds of people report that they fall in love with someone they've known for some time vs. someone that they just met. 6. There's a reason why office romances occur: The single biggest predictor of love is proximity. 7. Falling in love can induce a calming effect on the body and mind and raises levels of nerve growth factor for about a year, which helps to restore the nervous system and improves the lover's memory. 8. Love can also exert the same stress on your body as deep fear. You see the same physiological responses — pupil dilation, sweaty palms, and increased heart rate. 9. Brain scans show that people who view photos of a beloved experience an activation of the caudate — the part of the brain involving cravings. 10. The women of the Tiwi tribe in the South Pacific are married at birth. 11. The "Love Detector" service from Korean cell phone operator KTF uses technology that is supposed to analyze voice patterns to see if a lover is speaking honestly and with affection. Users later receive an analysis of the conversation delivered through text message that breaks down the amount of affection, surprise, concentration and honesty of the other speaker. 12. Eleven percent of women have gone online and done research on a person they were dating or were about to meet, versus seven percent of men. 13. Couples' personalities converge over time to make partners more and more similar. 14. The oldest known love song was written 4,000 years ago and comes from an area between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers. 15. The tradition of the diamond engagement ring comes from Archduke Maximillian of Austria who, in the 15th century, gave a diamond ring to his fiancĂ©e, Mary of Burgundy. 16. Forty-three percent of women prefer their partners never sign "love" to a card unless they are ready for commitment. 17. People who are newly in love produce decreased levels of the hormone serotonin — as low as levels seen in people with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Perhaps that's why it's so easy to feel obsessed when you're smitten. 18. Philadelphia International Airport finished as the No. 1 best airport for making a love connection, according to an online survey. 19. According to mathematical theory, we should date a dozen people before choosing a long-term partner; that provides the best chance that you'll make a love match. 20. A man's beard grows fastest when he anticipates sex. 21. Every Valentine's Day, Verona, the Italian city where Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet took place, receives around 1,000 letters addressed to Juliet. 21. When we get dumped, for a period of time we love the person who rejected us even more, says Dr. Helen Fisher of Rutgers University and author of Why We Love. The brain regions that lit up when we were in a happy union continue to be active. 22. People telling the story of how they fell in love overwhelmingly believe the process is out of their control. 23. Familiarity breeds comfort and closeness … and romance. 24. One in five long-term love relationships began with one or both partners being involved with others. 25. OK, this one may not surprise you, but we had to share it: Having a romantic relationship makes both genders happier. The stronger the commitment, the greater the happiness! Why do we Love Men=)

- we love men because they do absolutely everything possible to try to hide their weaknesses. -Because they are at peace with their bodies, except for small, insignificant things like growing bald and getting fat. -because they can’t fake an orgasm, even if they wanted to. -Because they will never understand us, yet even so they go on trying. -Because they still manage to see our beauty, even when we ourselves no longer believe it. -Because they are incredibly courageous in front of insects. -Because they understand equations, politics, maths and economics, but not the feminine heart. -Because they are lovers who only rest when we have had (or pretend to have had) pleasure. -Because they manage to raise sport to something bordering on religion. -Because they are never afraid of the dark. -Because they insist on fixing things that are beyond their capacity, and dedicate themselves to this with the same enthusiasm as an adolescent, and get frustrated when they don’t succeed. -Because they are like pomegranates: most of them is impossible to digest, but the seeds are delicious. -Because they never comment on what the neighbors might think. -Because we always know what they are thinking, and when they open their mouth they say exactly what we imagined they would. -Because they never dreamed of torturing themselves wearing high heels. -Because they love to explore our body and conquer our soul. -Because a 14-year-old girl can leave them speechless, and a 25-year-old woman can tame them quite effortlessly.. =) -Because they are always attracted by extremes: the opulent or the ascetic, warriors or monks, artists or generals. -Because a man’s biggest fear is not being a man (it never crosses a woman’s mind not to be a woman). -Because they always eat everything on their plate, and don’t feel guilty about it. -Because they take great delight in completely uninteresting matters, such as what happened at work, or different makes of automobiles. -Because they have shoulders where we can rest our heads and sleep without much effort. -Because they never lie about their age. -Because when we tell one of them “I love you”, they always ask us to explain exactly how. – because they know we have as much power of reasoning as men do. But we don’t need to make this evident, otherwise they will feel insecure. Women who do that end up alone. -Because despite everything they try to demonstrate, they can’t live without a woman. *from paulo c's warrior of the light online =)

Counting the days

Every year I am anticipating of my birthday,I know something special will come out but this year it would be very different,I am not expecting anyting because financially we are drain,I been trying to hide my emotion everytime my aunt would ask me what I want,I always knew what I wanted to have in terms of material things but I have no answer to give her,I just smiled and said that she don't have to worry or bother about it. Honestly, all that happened to me,good and bad had been a blessing, some like a blessing in disguise, you lost some, you win some, that is the fact of life, always expect the unexpected.I am happy that we are all healthy,we have food in the table, roof under our head and we can buy something what we really want once in a while. Two days from now,I will mark my 29th years here on earth.I am thanking the Lord for all the gifts and blessing He gave me.Though I haven't feel the love of my parents I am totally loved with my aunts and uncles, especially tita D and tita Jing, they are my rock and through this,I wanted to say THANK YOU for the unconditional love that you showed to me,sometimes I know I am such a whiner and a pain in your ass but I LOVE YOU both with all my heart.I am not what I am today if not because of you two. To myself....Happy Birthday in Advance....and I may grow with compassion and understanding, happiness and contentment in my heart.

My own Words-Election 08

I am not really into politics,I had witnessed when Gorge W. Bush won last 2004 election and to me it was just an ordinary day.We didn't watched it with anticipation or eagerness.Who ever will win at that time,it was fine with us. But this time it is very different, yes we all know that it is a historical one,the candidates were totally opposite but after a grueling and tiring campaign they came to an end and the people of United States of America had spoken,it is time for a change,a new blood to lead the country and not to mention the first president ever who is not white,a president who American-African in short a Black man will lead our counrty. I shed tears when he was giving his speech,it touched my heart when he said that the change has arrive, that true meaning of victory belong to the people, not to him.He said also that,he wants America the place will everyone can make,if they will try.For me,it is a new hope. I love John McCain as well,he is the guy who gave his entire life to serve his country, his experiences aND record will attest you that,he is a true Maverick,a guy who will give up his own life for his country. When he conceded last night,my heart felt him, especially when he said that he came short, and he had his own share of mistakes while he was in the office, that he is the one who fail, not the people who supported him. he added,he won't spend his days regretting what might have been if he did something different. The journey for the new president is yet to begin,it is still a wait and see situation,a long, difficult jouney to take, but if we will behind his back,I believe that we can make a difference,a change, and a better America will soar high.America is beautiful and may God bless America!!!

Healthy Frozen Dinners – What to Look for

If you are like me an avid fan of frozen dinners, there are some things that we need to know, this is the very reason why I wanted to share them with you.I found this article while I am browsing in the web searching for something and it caught my attention.I believe this is worth sharing with you guys. For more than fifty years frozen dinners have been around, but the question that comes to today’s health conscious people is whether they are healthy. It is reassuring that there are a lot of companies in the world today who are aware of the issue. They are therefore producing healthy low fat, low calorie and low sodium dinners that display in certain cases, the health benefits on the pack. What you should look for Vegetables You must first look out to see whether there are enough vegetables in the food you are buying. A lot of these frozen dinners come with just a spoonful of vegetables. Adult diet should be rich in vegetables. If you find that there are not enough vegetables you can add some yourself before eating it. Calories Most frozen foods contain calories ranging from 200 to 1,000. This is certainly more than you need in a day. The amount of calories you need depend on what you want to do with your weight. Those who want to lose or maintain weight should be eating between 350 to 500 calories a day. That also depends on your activity level. The less active the less calories you need. Those who want to increase weight can choose frozen dinners that contain more calories. But be careful not to overdo it. High calories mean high fat levels. But choosing low calorie dinners will leave you hungry in a few moments with the temptation to snack. Fat and Sodium You must look for dinners with less than 30% of calories as fat and only 10% of this as saturated fat. You should also look carefully at the sodium content. Most frozen foods are rich in sodium, some containing more than half the amount you need in a day. Look for dinners with not more than 200 mg of sodium per 100 calories. Warning Although there are healthy frozen dinners, it doesn’t mean that you should be eating day every day. Most frozen foods do not contain some vital nutrients such as vitamins and vitamins. They might be easily available but they must not become our normal diet.

And they Wonder

Last night some of my friends and me(they are all hitched)had a dinner together at Mordeicas,a buffet restaurant. We had a very good meal and while we were eating we will always update each other about our lovelives errr..their lovelives to be exact. Most of the time they complain how hard it is to have a small kids and a husband to take care of.As always,I am just a listener, smile and nod or sometimes I share my input if i had too. But lastnight,it was different,I was the one in the hotseat. One asked me when was the last time I had a date with an opposite sex.I replied just recently but I don't see any reason why I had to go out with him again..he is so boriiiinnnnng!!!Another friend of mine said, everytime you go out with a guy,you always had a complain, which is true,I am not picky but do I really have to date just to say or show to people that I am dating?I have my own fair share of heartache and actually I am liking someone without my friends knowing who he is. I don't want to go out with a local guy here in our city for they are not really my type, don't get me wrong but I just can't imagine myself getting invloved with a man who is so limited with their ambitions in life and have a very conservative way of thinking. My closest friend said out loud that they are wondering why I am still single,I have the looks(?),I am smart( i will take it as a compliment),and I have a potential to be a good mom and a wife.So why?my explaination was simple,I don't see why can't I be single and be happy about it.If I get married then we will see aif it will happen but I won't put my hope so high for it is not under my control.Everything has it's time and it's season so all I can do for now is wait and see.

First Entry of the month-Nov.

Hello everyone!!!How was your halloween?I hope you had a good time.Mine was pretty good,my dogs Roxy and tito had their costumes on.My little cuz Kat and her friend Laura came over to have her trick or treat here in our neighborhood. The weather was really great,it wasn't cold at all, good for Kat,for she had a very sexy outfit. I was the one who accompanied the kids,we met so many kids and parents walking. Some live in the subdivision and some from the outside.I noticed that this year, not every house in the neighborhood had adecorations outside the house.Maybe because of the economy situation they won't spend that much. After an hour or so we were done, and they have a bucketfull of candies,I got some for myself as well, some chocolates that I ate while we were walking.Roxy was having a blast, she thought that she is a star cause the kids greeted and petted her which she loves. We had some pizza at home and I got some dog cookies for my babies. I was supposed to attend a halloween party in one of my friend but I can't find the costumes that my aunt bought for me,my wild guess is that I threw it cause it was still in the box.Bummer!!!Well, there will always a next year,Gods will.
