Today is the end of September meaning I will not be cooking anymore,my turn is OVER at last, oppss!! don't get me wrong,I do love cooking but if you are infront of the kitchen everyday it became a burden instead of an enjoyment.I used to look forward of finding something new recipes but this time I will put it aside. Too much cooking makes me cry,and just thinking what to prepare gave me anxiety and I became restless,I am just glad that for now I don't have to think what food to put in our table.Feeding my family is a very challenging job cause they have very picky taste buds especially my aunt and his son.Am just glad that Kat is very easy to please and Bossing doesn't really care what we have. I will still in the kitchen once a week to prepare and cook my doogies food but it is not that hard.I will be cooking again somewhere in DEcember or January and at that time I guess I have already found a new recipes to cook and prepare.Wish me luck guys.

What happened to my Fajitas?
Let me laugh first ok?hahaaha!!! I supposed to make Fajita for our lunch,I had all the ingredients and I was confident it will came up yummy as I followed carefully the instructions, well not really-)..I used flank steak instead of chicken breast, then it says that drain before you put the seasoning and that part I didn't follow because I don't want to throw away the sauce.I put the Fajita seasoning ,add the bell pepper and onions. And let it cook in slow fire. When I came back to check, the sauce is too much...I wonder how can i put this in tortilla when its too wet.Aunt came home and laughed really hard when she tasted it,she said this is not Fajita,,this is Pepper Steak...grrrrr..!!! I said no..it is Fajita....but I ended up nodding my head and said yah...this one taste like pepper steak...well...my consolation is we finished it but not with tortilla as I originally planned instead with rice.=) I have no picture of it coz it was too late when I realized that I wanted to post it here but since it wasn't Fajita anymore it doesn't matter at all.

Baby-sitting for FREE=)
I went home early today and my dogs were scheduled for their weekly bath and groom so I decided to borrow the baby of my friend Kelly ,Lydia rose. She is only 4 months and the happiest baby I have ever seen.I picked her up at corner stone, the day care center who took care of her from Monday to Friday.I was excited of course.
At home she just smilling and only cried a bit because she was hungry.I baby sit her for like 5 hours and oh...I wanted her to stay more but my dogs will arrive soon and Tito and Roxy won't like the idea of having an intruder at home. For sure they will panick and the two big dogs will get wild and I don't want that to happen.
In five hours I watched Lydia Rose,it was like for-ever,time runs so slow,I wonder how the moms out there handle the situation like that. The baby is so helpless and fragile too.I wonder if I can do that.

Got food-poisoned from Siomai?
Two days ago I had been eating siomai for lunch that I got in our local chinese restaurant, yesterday,I heated the left-over and ate it as my snack.I had like 4 pcs left so i devoured every bite i had. Then an hour later i feel strange,my world seems spinning around and I can't concentrate doing some paper works,so I decided to go to my boss office and get my blood pressure and it was normal.I made myself a cup of tea hoping that the strange feeling will disappear. I took a break and called a friend of mine if he can pick me up cause I don't really feely good,I thought I would pass out in no time.I felt so weak and all my nerves were like to explode,it was really strange.I went home let my cousin get my car and I took a nap. When I woke up I called my aunt but sad to say she wasn't around,I just want someone to assure me that I won't die in my stupidity,my uncle said that I got food poisoned. Now I will never eat any left-overs anymore especially if I just bought it cause I am not sure if the siomai that I ate was re-steamed and been there for like a decade. Now i feel ok and back to business as usual and this experienced scared the heck out of me.

compulsive Buyer
I made a promise to myself like 3 months ago that I won't buy anything no matter how cheap it is coz for sure it will just end up in my closet,I have this habit of hoarding clothes and most of the time I buy stuff that is only pleasing in my eyes and will never wear it.As I cleaning up my closet lastnight,I found so many tops, jeans and dresses that I bought like 2 yrs ago and the price tag is still hanging on it.I know some women like me(or most)can relate to this,I am really trying not to buy anything lately but oh boy it is really hard. So I decided that this coming holidays,I won't buy any gifts for my friends,I will sort out all I have and wrap them and give them as a presents besides they are brand new, never wore and in good quality. And one thing, maybe next year I will not buy anything except for my daily needs.Life is very hard now a days and here I am spending like I picked the money from the guava tree.Yes,it is true that I work hard so I can have things that I wanted but I came to the point that I just wasting it. This coming year,I will make my early new year resolution and that is not to be a compulsive buyer.hopefully I can handle it coz it is not doing any good.

the women
This week-end we decided to go out I and Tita with the family,we went to O'Charley coz Kat requested it then we went to borders I got some books, and oh... I bought a cookbook for someone I know that will celebrate her birthday soon as a gift so she can cook yummy and easy foods.
Today we went to watched a movie entitled "The Women"the story is not that great but I enjoyed it,and you can relate to it,it is about marriage, divorce, betrayal coz the husband feels lonely,a gay friend and a high-profile bestfriend....a good-feel movie that every girlfriends should watch,,,well...it can't be compare to Sex in the City coz this one has no kissing scene,no bulgar words and the fashion is not that really great.
But what really caught my attention is not about the movie, but Meg Ryan itself..what happened to her face? She was one of the most beautiful women i have seen but I can't find any beauty in her,she looks like JOKER...I am not kidding....but still...i do like her as an actress=).

Brilliant uses for MOUTHWASH
I was reading a First magazine then this article caught my attention. As I was reading it I realized that I have to share this with you.It will be a great help. This bathroom staple does much more than keep our breath fresh. 1.Erase food odors from hands Apply mouthwash to clean hands using a cooton ball, let dry then rinse. The natural odor fighters in this ethanol-based solution will neutralize garlic malodorous sulfur compounds,so you can shake with confidence. 2.Guarantee freshly Scented Laundry To zap the offending bacteria and fungi that remain embedded in the garment's fibers, add 1 cup of antiseptic mouthwash(make sure it is sugraless to prevent staining)to the wash cycle. The combination of alcohol and antibacterial essentials oil(like thymoland eucaluptol, which effectively fight bad breath) will cause these odor-causing germs. 3.Wipe away monitor smudges-stat When your comouter screen or TV starts glowing little less brightly beneath a layer of dust and fingerprints try this:Moisten a paper towel or lint-free cloth with antiseptic mouthrinse and use it to gently wipe the screen. Most mouthwash varieties are 27 percent ethanol,so they can safely cut through the residue.Plus, the alcohol evaporates quickly, preventing unsightly streaks.(Note:don't try this on LCD or laptop screens, which should only be cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth.) 4.Prevent embarrassing UNDERARM ODOR Sure, applying deodorant in the morning is usually enough to keep you smelling fresh all day.But when a hot weather creates the need of for reallplication, you can get stuck with a smelly layer of trapped sweat. For cleaner fix, simply douse a cotton pad with antiseptic mouthwash and apply it to your armpits to effectively erase, rather than camouflage, the smell. 5.Nix poison-ivy itch ASAP A rash has started to form on your daughter's arm after a brush with poison-ivy this morning. If your bottle of calamine lotion is nowhere to be found, simply dab the affected area with cotton ball soaked in mouthwash. The high concentration of alcohol in the dental rinse will remove any remaining urushiol from the skin, mimimizing the the irritation.Plus, the antiseptic essential oils( such as eucalyptol)provide an instant cooling sensation while simulataneously stimulating blood flow on the area, helping the sore sopt to heal faster. 6.Make your toilet bowl Sparkle In the middle of a cleaning blitz, you discovered that you're out of toilet bowl cleaner.Skip a trip to the store and pour 1/4 cup of mouthwash into the bowl.Let sit for 30 mins, then swish with a toilet brush and flush.Plaque fighters like sodium benzoate will destroy germs and loosen unsightly residue from porcelain in aflush,err..in a flash=) 7.Cure unslightly dandruff in a pinch Before washing with regular shampoo, massage 1Tbs of antiseptic mouthwash into scalp for 30 sec.(note:stay away from the green or blue varieties if your hair is blond to avoid potential discloration.)Antimicrobial essential oils such as thymol, eucalyptol, methol and methyl salicylate help kill the yeast-like fungus that causes flakes.

Aghhhh!!!!
Due to the hurricane in Tx the price of gas will soar up from $3.something to 5$ today. My gosh, what will happen to us here?I dont know if the other states are affected with the price increase but I won't take any chances,I filled up my car and maybe stay home after work..there is no use in roaming around when the economy is in bad shape and especially if the gas price is way too much. Just a thought though=) but I hope that hurricane Ike won't cause so much damage like what hurricane Katrina did.

Stalker?
I went home late last night from a friends house and I didn't notice the back side window of my car, just this morning when I put Roxy and tito out for their morning thingy I noticed that something is very colorful in my car, out of curiousity I have to go near and check it out,oh boy...someone wrote on it....it says..." you might be winning now,but i will get you my gwendie, wendy",btw, gwen is what my co-workers and friends calls me here for they have having hard time pronouncing my name. I am scared cause I have no idea who wrote it and I am not sure if I have a stalker in this very small city...i erased it right away cause Tita and Bossing might see it and interrogate me and I have no idea what to tell them.Maybe i will be very careful from this time cause I don't know if it is kind of a joke or what but for sure it scares me to death=(.

Federer made history
WrittenBy HOWARD FENDRICH, AP Tennis Writer :
No matter what anyone else said or thought, Roger Federer knew he was still capable of elite tennis.
Knew he was still capable of winning Grand Slam titles.
Knew he was still Roger Federer.
Back at his best, back at the top of tennis, Federer easily beat Andy Murray 6-2, 7-5, 6-2 Monday to win his fifth consecutive U.S. Open championship and 13th major title overall.
Federer is the first man since Bill Tilden in the 1920s to win the tournament that many times in a row. He also moved within one major championship of tying Pete Sampras’ career record of 14.
“One thing’s for sure,” Federer said in an on-court interview. “I’m not going to stop at 13. That would be terrible.”
The victory clearly came as something of a relief to Federer, who has struggled during a lackluster-only-for-him season. He lost in the semifinals at the Australian Open, and to nemesis Rafael Nadal in the finals of the French Open and Wimbledon, meaning Federer was on the verge of his first year since 2002 without a major title. And his record streak of 237 consecutive weeks at No. 1 ended last month when Nadal surpassed him.
“I had a couple of tough Grand Slams this year … so to take this one home is incredible,” Federer said. “It means the world to me.”
But the sixth-seeded Murray upset Nadal in the semifinals at Flushing Meadows to reach his first Grand Slam championship match, and Federer had no trouble this time—even though he had lost two of his previous three matches against the Scotsman.
“I came up against, in my opinion, the best player ever to play the game,” said Murray, who tried to give Britain its first men’s major champion in 72 years. “He definitely set the record straight today.”
At 21, here’s how young he is: When Federer was winning his first U.S. Open title in 2004, Murray was taking the U.S. Open junior trophy.
“I’m not as nervous any more, like in my first final,” Federer said during a prematch TV interview.
Perhaps he was trying to plant doubt in Murray’s head. The youngster was standing around the corner, waiting to walk out onto the court, probably already thinking about what it would feel like to be on that stage, with those stakes, against that opponent.
With his bushy hair peeking out from under his gray-and-white baseball cap, unshaven whiskers on his face, and that loping gait, Murray looks much like the college student he otherwise might be if not so talented at tennis.
Federer, coincidentally, was the same age when he played in his first Grand Slam final, back in 2003 at Wimbledon. Except Federer won that, and has kept winning major championship matches against everyone except Nadal.
Indeed, Murray can consider himself in good company: Federer’s other four finals at Flushing Meadows came against four men who have won Grand Slam titles: Lleyton Hewitt, Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick and Novak Djokovic.
“I’m sure we’re going to see much more of Andy in the future,” said the second-seeded Federer, who dominated every facet of this final.
He accumulated a 36-16 advantage in winners, a 7-2 count in breaks of serve, and won the point on 31 of 44 trips to the net, compared with a 7-for-11 showing by Murray.
Murray—assured of rising to a career-best No. 4 in the rankings—stood about 10 feet behind the baseline to return serves, exactly the way he did in upsetting Nadal in their two-day, rain-interrupted semifinal over the weekend. And Murray did display flashes of the get-to-every-ball defense he used against Nadal, including one pretty flick of a lob by Federer with his back to the net.
Roger Federer, of Switzerland,…
AP - Sep 8, 7:35 pm EDT
But Federer, who might have benefited from an extra day to rest because his semifinal wasn’t affected by Tropical Storm Hanna, was simply too much for Murray.
Too good.
Too smart.
Too experienced.
Too, well, Federeresque.
At only one juncture did Murray really throw a scare into his opponent on this day, taking 11 of 12 points to go from 2-0 down in the second set to 2-all and love-40 on Federer’s serve.
Federer saved the first of those break points, and on the second, they engaged in a 14-stroke rally that ended with Murray missing a backhand. TV replays, though, showed one of Federer’s shots during the rally should have been called out—and had it been, Murray would have had a break and a 3-2 lead in the set.
Roger Federer, of Switzerland,…
AP - Sep 8, 7:33 pm EDT
But there was no call, and no reprieve, because Federer stayed steady enough to save the third break point there and go on to hold serve.
“That was key,” Federer said. “After that, I began to play freely, the way I usually do.”
In the next game, Murray began flexing his right leg, clutching at that knee and looking up at his substantial support group in the guest box, a gathering that included his mother, his two coaches and his two fitness trainers.
Federer later broke Murray at love in the last game of the second set, closing it on a 10-stroke point that was a thing of beauty. First, Federer extended the point with some superb court coverage, and then—shifting from defense to offense in a blink—he ended it with a forehand passing winner.
Federer turned to his guest box—which included his pal, Vogue Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour—and bellowed, punching down with his right fist.
This is how he is supposed to play.
Andy Murray, of Britain, waits…
This is how these Grand Slam finals are supposed to go.
Not his lopsided loss to Nadal on clay at Roland Garros. Or his heartbreakingly narrow loss—9-7 in the fifth set as the light disappeared—on grass at the All England Club. Those were two of Federer’s 12 losses by August in 2008, more than he had in any entire season from 2004-07. He also arrived in New York with only two titles from minor events, and none on the type of hard courts used at the U.S. Open.
Federer’s year began sluggishly as he dealt with a bout of mononucleosis, something he said affected his preparation later in the season as he played catch-up.
He was fresh as could be throughout against Murray, and won nine of the first 10 points in the third set en route to a 5-0 lead.
Only when Federer served for the match, at 5-1 in the third, did he show a modicum of mediocrity, getting broken when he dumped a backhand into the net.
It merely delayed the inevitable.
Federer broke right back in the next game when Murray put a forehand into the net. Federer dropped his racket and fell to the blue court and rolled around with glee.
Instead of heading into the offseason wondering what went wrong this year, Federer can look ahead with optimism.

Enlighten
I deleted my previous entry about the effect of what I saw in television yesterday,i am such a whiny=)well....I am still scared that it might happen to me but I know i won't let anyone hurt me physically.I said that I wont get married at all..I take it back....Only time and it is in His hands,it is not under my control.I am not really looking forward that it will happen soon. I know the chances is like 1 in a million and possibly it will not be me to have that chances,Aunt Jing told me that life itself is already scary and no matter how careful we are sometimes hardhip and trial will come in every relationship. If I stumble all I have to do is to get up slowly no matter how difficult it might be.Vey well said Aunt Jing..Love you so much!!! So let the fun begin again=)

And Serena Williams take it all....
On the very first point of the match, Serena Williams hit a backhand so hard that her earring flew off.
Turns out she was just getting warmed up.
Williams kept pounding away, her shots and shouts getting louder with every stroke. And when she finished off Jelena Jankovic 6-4, 7-5 Sunday night for the U.S. Open championship and a ninth Grand Slam title, Williams really went wild.
She flung her racket high into the sky, hollering and hopping in a celebration that even she thought might’ve been over the top.
“I’m sorry I got so excited,” she told Jankovic when they met at the net.
Williams’ father, Richard, jumped to his feet after the final point. He didn’t seem to expect his daughter to do the same.
“I never knew Serena to be very, very excited. I knew Serena to be very, very mean,” he said after it was over. “I describe her as being a combination of a pit bull dog, a young Mike Tyson and an alligator.
The fourth-seeded Williams beat sister Venus in the quarterfinals and barreled through this tournament without losing a set. This win did more than earn Serena her third silver trophy at Flushing Meadows—it assured she will return to No. 1 in the rankings for the time since August 2003, the longest gap at the top for a woman.
Pretty good for someone whose ranking once plummeted to No. 139.
“It’s been so long,” she said.
Congratulation Serena you deserve to be number one again cause we know how hard you work for it.

He Lost=(
Well as expected Murray won the conclusion of Semi-final games in US Open securing him a spot in the championship game tomorrow againts Federer.I admit Rafael Nadal looks so out of his comfort zone and cannot find his rhythm. His forehand caused so many errors and Murrays serves were really good and can make a return that impossible to take.
I am kinda disappointed but at the same time relief cause Rafa had been so tired and played tennis non-stop.He won the gold medal in BEijing Olympic and he need to rest and do alot of evaluation how he gonna improve his game in hardcourt especially in his serving.
AS we said,he is happy that he reached the semi-final,this is his best result so far..who knows maybe next year ,he will be in the championship match. So til next year Rafa.

AS ALways
Nothing really exciting happened today,as always my day went by without even knowing that it is indeed night time, time to sleep again=),anyways, the US Open had been postponed due to rain delay and i guess it is a good thing for my favorite tennis player Rafael Nadal to bounce back because he is 2- set down.
I cooked some fried noodles for lunch and I got a cookbook,I talked to my long-lost friend Jefferlyn,it is so nice to hear her voice again,i thought i would never hear from her again..RR text me thanking for the birthday gift that i sent him..
I am also waiting for SEpt.18,to watch the Rascal Flatts concert with Taylor Swift,I bet it will be alot of fun.

Djokovic-Roddick Drama
As i said i used to like Djokovic but his attitude from lastnight made me think twice, i know he is such a good tennis player.I am glad that the two settled their diffences and talked,Roddick said he was just making a joke to ease the tension and i guess Novak get it that it was only a joke and that he over reacted and exaggarated the situation...He apologized and I hope that they both learned their lessons. The world is already complicated and they should not add some drama on it. Federer-Djokovic?may the best actor errr player win.. Nadal-Murray?=)Nadal of course!!

U.S Open
Last night was the most awaited matched between Novak Djokovic of Serbia and Andy Roddick of USA,these two players are both witty and not scared to speak their minds, during the interview of Roddick he said that Novak has 16 injuries and that he just made up all the injuries he had so Novak can call his trainor and therapist to delayed the breaktime. It was a good matched and of course only one could win.Djokovic prevailed in 4 sets and answered back what Roddick said during his interview,he was defiant and the crowd hates him and you can hear the roar of the audience booing the Serbian player. I used to like Novak but his attitude and his arrogance makes me wish that hopefully he will lost to Roger Federer in their semi-final match.

When?
I was talking with my aunt Jing this morning regarding everything, everything under the sun,we never really had a chance to talk personally before i left Zamboanga City, usually our topic are so limited, from how are you?hows work and you takecare over there and we miss you, until recently, she started talking to me as my friend not just an aunt of mine. She asked me how is my lovelife?if i am seeing or dating someone, even to sexual topic we talked about it now.It made me feel so happy and comfortable telling her about my daily activities here,my frustrations is life and everything. Out of nowhere in our conversation she asked me if i have any plan of settling down,i was shocked and got no answer at all..i mumbled something that makes her asked"what did you say?"Then i told her i am not yet ready, and again she emphasized when will i be ready...and that question linger in my mind until this very moment. Me too,i wonder...when will I be ready? How do I know anyway that I am ready?

Love is....................
"Love is always a good thing no matter how much it hurts. Even after it's over, even through the pain, anyone who has ever really loved will tell you that they never regretted a second of it, no matter how much it hurt in the end. And if you tell me differently, I will tell you that you were not truly in love." ~April Nizlek "I loved you, it's not that I fell out of love because that is impossible. I just couldn't handle the heartache anymore. It's not that I don't love you - it's that I can't." "In a perfect world, when he's with her, he would be wishing he was with me; when he looked at her, he would be looking at me; when he smiled at her, his smile would be for me; when he thought about someone, he would be thinking about me. In a perfect world, he would realize that she wasn't the one he was supposed to be with and I would still be standing here waiting for him still when he finally knows this. But this isn't a perfect world and people do get hurt, you smile when you feel like crying, you act like you're okay when you're falling apart inside and you let it go. You move on, because there's nothing else you can do." "Promise me you won't ever forget us, and everything we tried to be. Don't forget the laughter and the nights when we both just needed to be held. Don't forget how you felt when you said you loved me, and don't forget the looking into my eyes because I knew you meant it. Don't forget that I'll always love you, even if I don't need you the way that I used to. If I thought that you would ever forget it all... I would never leave." "I don't regret anything I did, because if things had happened differently then I wouldn't have met you, I wouldn't have fallen in love with you, and I wouldn't have gotten over you." "So I'm sorry that I can't go on with you. And tonight may be a night I'll regret, but I'm already somebody's lover. He just hasn't found me yet". "We look at each other differently, the spark is fading fast. It hurts to be without you, yet I just put on a smile and keep walking." "I'm trying to get over you, but please tell me another way, because this one isn't working." "I'm failing to want to notice that I'm gonna be okay without you." "You don't know how hard it is to get over you when every time I see you my heart begins to smile." "You made me cry, you told me lies, but I can't stand to say good-bye." "The most ironic thing of all is that I think this will be the most difficult break up I will ever go through, and we never even went out." "And so now I've finally gotten the courage to give up and let go of you. And no, I haven't moved on to another guy; I've just moved on." "You have to understand that we can't be. You've hurt me too much, but I will never hold any bitterness toward you. You were a special part of my life". "Take back that sad word good-bye. Bring back the joy to my life. Don't leave me here with these tears come and kiss this pain away. I can't forget the day you left, time is so unkind. And life is so cruel without you here beside me." ~Toni Braxton "My life is about change. I change every day. I change my mind, and sometimes even my heart. But the one thing that will never change is the way I feel for you." "I'll walk away from you now, and I'll never look back. You'll pretend to be sad, so maybe I'll come back, but when I don't, you'll live. You won't hurt, you won't cry, so don't try to make me think I'm affecting your life at all." ~Michelle Burns "I've never had feelings this strong for someone in my whole life, and probably never will. And the fact that I just have to walk away from it hurts me more than you will ever know." "I told you I'd never say good-bye, now I'm slipping on the tears you made me cry. Why does it come as a surprise? To think I was so naive. Maybe it didn't mean so much to you, but it meant everything to me." ~Nine Inch Nails "Somehow, the conversation mentioned your name, and someone asked if I knew you. Looking away, I thought of all the times we had together, sharing laughter, tears, jokes, and tons more, and then with out an explanation you were gone. I looked to where they were waiting for an answer, and then said softly 'once... I thought I did.'" "As I watched you walk away, I watched every dream I had never dreamed, I saw every wish that was yet to come true, I felt every ounce of love in my heart, I knew it all when I saw you walk away... but I know you knew it too, because you took all of me with you." "You are my everything... the reason I wake up in the morning. Just the thought of you brings a smile to my face that can last for days. The sound of your voice brings chills throughout my body. You make me the happiest that I have ever been. And to you I am only a friend." "Watching you walk out of my life does not make me bitter or cynical about love, but rather makes me realize that if I wanted so much to be with the wrong person, how beautiful it will be when the right one comes along." "You wanna know why you can't be serious with me? Because being serious with me would be admitting to yourself, me and everyone else that you can really like me more than a friend." ~Allison Mosher "How can you simply be friends with someone when every time you look at them, you're thinking about how much more you really want?" ~Dawson's Creek "It's not that I don't know, it's just that you wouldn't understand if I told you." "When we lose one we love, our bitterest tears are called forth by the memory of hours when we loved not enough." ~Maurice Maeterlinck "She puts you through hell, yet you always run back to her. When will you realize she's not the one for you?" "I love you, okay? Is that so bad? I love you and she doesn't- she never did. Yet, you love her and not me. What's wrong with this picture?" ~Melissa Rokyta "I can't understand how you can throw what we had away. You said it meant something to you, but I guess I always was a little naive." ~Melissa Rokyta "Jealousy is a funny thing. I never considered myself a jealous person but you're bringing out traits in myself I never knew. The way she has you -that makes me jealous. The way you hug her -that makes me jealous. The way you love and kiss her -that makes me jealous." "Sometimes I wake up crying at night and sometimes I scream out your name. What right does she have to steal your heart away when for so long you were mine? I remember when you were mine." ~ "You know that we have something special. I saw it in your eyes last night when I told you how much you had hurt me. I saw all our memories flash through your mind. I saw how much it hurt you to know you hurt me. I saw how much you love me; you didn't need to say a word." ~Melissa Rokyta "I'd much rather be your lover than your friend, but I'd much rather be your friend than your nobody." ~Unknown "Sometimes the tears just flow so endlessly from my eyes, and you are the only one who could stop them." ~Ines Lopes "Why is that sometimes when I see you, it makes my whole day better, but other times when I see you it brings tears to my eyes?" ~Ines Lopes "Maybe I was just a stepping stone for you to get to that point in your life where you'd figure out what you wanted, or didn't want. So to prove to you that I love you and all I want is for you to be happy, I'll walk away." "As long as you're happy, I'll deal with the consequences." ~Megan Dillion "I hate it every time you leave me, but I love the part when you turn around and smile on your way out the door." "It hurts to see all these couples everywhere. Holding hands, kissing or even just looking at each other with this burning light in their eyes. It's so wonderful, but makes me so jealous at the same time, because all the things they have I want with you." ~Ines Lopes "I'm especially reminded that we should be together when we're walking down the hall and people smile at us with this look of 'Awww' in their eyes - but they don't know." ~Ines Lopes "All we could do was close our eyes, and wish that the slow song would never end." ~The Wonder Years "Giving someone all your love is not an assurance that they'll love you back." "I need someone to ease my mind, but sometimes a someone is hard to find." ~Smashing Pumpkins "Love hurts when you know you've hurt the person that means the world to you". "I want you to know that I don't regret a single moment I spent on you." "I don't know what it is really, but sometimes it takes everything in me to not reach out and run my fingers through your hair or turn around and hug you when you are least expecting it." "Late at night, talking to you until early one morning, I can tell you things I tell no one else, with the comfort of the dark. I love the way you whisper, and the way you laugh. I'll just hope for you until you want to be mine." "The hardest thing I'll ever do is walk away still loving you." "The heart that can no longer love passionately must with fury hate." ~Jean Racine "There's no love like a lost love, and no pain like a broken heart." ~Ben Harper "Hearts will never be made practical until they are made unbreakable." ~Wizard of Oz "I always said I'd never cry over you, but it's hard to hold back tears when your fears come true." ~ "To continue loving somebody even though there's no chance of that love ever thriving - that's romance." "I am always trying to make you happy, but why does it hurt so much when someone else does?" "I know as long as you are happy I can get through this, but it still kills me to see you with her. Not because she is perfect for you, not because she makes you smile, not because she is what you need, but because I know that she deserves you more than I do, and that pain is indescribable." ~Kate Russell "I don't understand how you can be so heartless, considering that you have mine." "It hurts to know that you don't love me and you never did, but it hurts even more knowing that I have to be the one to stop coming back. I can't be around you if all it does is cause me pain, and I know you don't have that pain, which makes mine even worse." "You're in love. That's the way it should be, because I want you to be happy. You're in love and I know that you're not in love with me." ~Wilson Philips "Finally, I see that my happiness doesn't mean having you. My happiness comes from your happiness. And if you can be happy without me, then I can be happy without you. "There's no way to explain, but all the pleasure is worth all the pain." ~LeAnn Rimes "The roads of life are strewn with the wreckage of run-down, half-finished loves." ~Ralph W. Sockman "One who loves more is speechless when the one they love leaves them, rather than begging please." "It hurts to see you walk away. For admit it or not, you were an important part of my life and the time we shared will forever be a part of me. So even though I realize that it was never meant to be, still, it hurts." "When these days are gone, when all the love we gave to each other slowly fades away, when your beautiful smile is only here as a dream, and when the words 'I love you' are scripts of the past, I will always have the memories that were once moments, and I will always know that no matter what, I got the chance to be loved by you." ~ "My mind tells me to give up on love, but my heart won't let me." "If I told you tonight that I loved you, would you walk my way? Would you say lies that I wanted to hear if I told you tonight that I need you? Would you break my heart? Would you start wearing me down again?" "If I told you tonight I was leaving, would you call my name, take the blame, turn it all around again cause you know I love you and it's worth the heart ache?" "I sometimes wish I could be like you, being able to get so close to people who you really have no intention of being close to. Letting people get so close to you, only to push them away. But then I remember I could never be like you, I have a heart." "Everyday I wish I had you, but I thank God that at least you're my friend "It's not because I ever loved him or because he loved me. It's because it was my first romance, my first imagination of love." "Sometimes I want someone to just hold me when I need it. Not a hug, but just hold me, you know? I need someone to actually love me for once in my life." "Everyone has at least five dreams every night. That's thirty billion dreams. One of them has got to be about me."
